Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on ClubStack you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account responsibilities

  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • Club Admins are responsible for the accuracy of the data their club uploads and the conduct of users they invite.
  • You agree not to use ClubStack to send spam, harass other users, or violate any applicable law.

Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. We do not store your card details directly; Stripe is our processor.

You can change or cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings. Refunds are not issued for partial periods, but a downgrade can be scheduled to take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Failed payments & suspension

If a renewal payment fails, you'll receive notification by email and your account enters a 7-day grace period. After 7 days without payment, your club's account is suspended (read-only) until the balance is settled. Data remains intact during suspension.

Data ownership

You own the data you put into ClubStack. We make data exports available via the billing portal so you can take your data with you if you stop using the service.

Stripe Connect & club payments

When you accept registration payments through ClubStack, money flows directly to your Stripe Connected Account — ClubStack never takes possession of your funds. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the US).

Limitation of liability

ClubStack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClubStack and PSC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to Club Admins at least 30 days before they take effect.
