Who we are
ClubStack is a product of Promoted Soccer Consultants ("PSC", "we", "us"). When you create a club account on ClubStack, you become a "Club Admin" and the families, coaches, and players you invite are "Club Members".
What we collect
From Club Admins and Coaches: email, name, phone number, club affiliation, and the actions you take inside the platform (broadcasts sent, rosters edited, etc.) for audit purposes.
From Parents and Players: player profile data (name, position, jersey number, headshot, GPA, graduation year), family contact information, and registration/payment records.
From payments: we use Stripe for all payment processing. Card details are stored only by Stripe; ClubStack stores a reference and the last 4 digits / brand.
How we use it
- To run the club management features you signed up for.
- To send reminders, notifications, and broadcasts you've opted into.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To diagnose errors and improve the product (Sentry, Vercel Analytics).
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share it with advertisers.
- We don't email families on your club's behalf without your authorization.
Data retention
If a club cancels its subscription, we retain the club's data for 90 days. After 90 days, the club's data is purged. Individual users may request deletion of their personal data by emailing privacy@clubstack.online.
Children's privacy
ClubStack is designed for use by youth soccer clubs. We collect information about minors only when authorized by a parent or guardian and only in service of the club's operations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to Club Admins.
